Shipping Information
Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
We offer two convenient shipping options to bring our enchanting children’s furniture and decor to your doorstep:
1. Standard Shipping ($12.95)
– Carrier: DHL or FedEx
– Delivery Time: 10-15 business days after shipment
– Available for all order amounts
2. Free Shipping
– Carrier: EMS
– Delivery Time: 15-25 business days after shipment
– Available for orders of $50 or more
Note: Shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on your location. We currently ship worldwide, with the exception of some Asian countries and remote areas.
Our Easy Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love every magical piece you order from Children Peripherals. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help with our simple returns process.
Return Window: 15 days from the date you receive your order
Condition Requirements:
– Items must be unused and in original condition
– Original packaging with all tags and protective coverings intact
– Proof of purchase required
Items That Cannot Be Returned
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Swaddles & Wearable Blankets (hygiene reasons)
- Opened Kids’ Decorative Pillows
- Opened Toddler Bedding sets
How to Return an Item

- Wait for Approval: We’ll respond within 2 business days with return instructions
- Package Securely: Use the original packaging and include all tags

Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
- Your refund will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable (except for defective/damaged items)
- For exchanges, we’ll ship your new item once the return is received
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective:
