Our Return Policy

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging
  • All tags and protective coverings must be intact
  • A proof of purchase or order number is required

Please note: For health and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned or exchanged. These include:

  • Swaddles & Wearable Blankets (for hygiene reasons)
  • Kids’ Decorative Pillows (unless packaging is unopened)
  • Opened Toddler Bedding sets

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Follow these simple steps to return or exchange an item:

  1. Contact us within 15 days of receiving your order by emailing [email protected] with your request
  2. Provide details using our Return Request Template below
  3. Wait for approval – we’ll respond within 2 business days with return instructions
  4. Package your item securely in the original packaging
  5. Ship your return to our Fresno facility (return shipping is at customer’s expense)

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
  • Your refund will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable (except for defective/damaged items)
  • For exchanges, we’ll ship your new item once the return is received

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective:

  • We’ll arrange for a free replacement or return as quickly as possible
  • In these cases, we’ll cover return shipping costs
